BPM|PRO Exhibition
The BPM|PRO exhibition is one of the biggest DJ exhibitions in the UK. Every year IMG Stageline exhibit at the event. This year they joined forces with Gemini DJ & Pro Audio to bring something special to the event. In order to design the stand and promotional elements they contacted us to get involved!
The work needed for the exhibition design was extensive as each business wanted to display a full range of products, offer promotional giveaways and run competitions throughout the event.
In order to show both brands the stand was split in two halves. This way each brand had space to display products and could fully display their business image. IMG Stageline focuses on lighting equipment and Gemini focuses on DJ gear, so having the stands back-to-back meant they covered the full range of needs for the DJ industry.
Each half of the stand featured product podiums to showcase products. These podiums offered plenty of space for branding and product information. At an event as busy as BPM|PRO it was important to reinforce brand to attract visitors and raise awareness.
There was a wide range of products available on the stand from both companies. Each product was available for demonstration with information cards listing the key features of each products. We designed a series of product leaflets for each product that visitors could take away with them.
As well as having products on display at the event they also wanted other features to attract visitors. In the centre of the stand was a fully stocked bar available to invited guests. Salesmen on the stand had VIP drinks vouchers that were given out to customers. These vouchers could be used to claim a free drink.
